1. Terms of Service Scope
This agreement establishes a partnership between Client (“Company”) and Magically Genius SAAS Private Limited (“Service Provider”) for the provision and management of Google Workspace services.
2. Services Provided
- Gmail setup and management
- Auto DNS Adding
- Auto Domain Verification
- Auto User Create Per Domain
- Smartlead Import with Auth
- Less secure optimization
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
The cost for our services is set at $5 per inbox, per month. Payments are billed monthly at this same rate.
All purchases made on InboxAutomate.com are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any payments made toward our services, including but not limited to subscriptions, one-time purchases, and upgrades.
4. Ownership and Rights
As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
- IP Rights
- Any and all patents and patent applications, copyrights, mask work, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights.
- Work Product
- Anything that is or is capable of becoming the subject of an IP Right.
5. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by providing a written notice to the other party. Such termination shall become effective 30 days after the notice is received by the other party.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Neither party will be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or punitive damage of any kind or nature, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort or otherwise, even if such party has been warned of the possibility of any such loss or damage.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Himachal Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
9. Amendment and Modification
This agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document executed by both parties.
10. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between Client and Magically Genius SAAS Private Limited regarding the subject matter hereof.
